Google My Business – A Service of Google

Did you know Google wants to help grow your small business? “Google My Business” (GMB) is a free service to do just that. It’s offered by Google to ensure your business is accurately represented online.

If you need help with getting your business found and validated, GMB is very much for you. You do need to participate in his Google service..

GMB becomes part of your inbound marketing strategy.  Inbound marketing is that part of your marketing where customers are looking for you, or looking for the services you provide.

In short, GMB validates the legitimacy of your business.  It gives prospects an overview of who, what and where you are even before they visit your website.  It allows clients to read reviews about you. Having your favorable reviews allows prospects to have a sense of confidence and encourage them to do business with you.  It gives you an instant level of creditability.

GMB makes it easier for people to find your physical location.  It lists your complete physical address.

GMB makes it easier for customers to call you by providing your phone number.  It provides your office/store hours so prospects are more likely to call while there is someone ready to answer the phone. This prevents the frustration of calls from going to voicemail.

GMB makes it easier for prospects to email you.

Google business makes it easier to visit your website. Your website for provides the full detail and examples of your work.

Creating the free account can drastically increase your search visibility.  Provide Google the data needed. Google ensures that information is accurately returned to those searching for you.

The Goblins and Monsters Are Not the Only Scary Things

Much has changed since you last upgraded, or goodness, installed your WiFi.  It’s 2017. Don’t live in the slow lane when it comes to your home, or office wireless internet access, find a good internet provider by using the internet near me option.

Many of the early router manufactures have come, gone, or been rebranded.  Many more (good ones) have joined the market.  Prices have dropped along the way.  The products have improved greatly.

My internet provides access to scores of devices. That includes iPhones, iPads, tablets, latops, AppleTVs, smartTV’s, my home thermostat, and 5 SONOS music players and let’s not forget a desktop iMac too. Certainly busy, but typical too. It’s standard for the people and businesses I serve.

Reasons To Upgrade Your WiFi

  • Slow. Does the WiFi grind to a halt?  Does it standstill sometimes? if it does, it may be time to look at https://www.EATEL.com/residential/internet/ for new options
  • Unreliable. Does it cause delays?  Is it of no help?  At the worst possible time?
  • Dead Zones. Do the corners of your home have dead zones?  Does it reach every area you need?
  • Hard To Manage. Are you able to fix, or diagnose it yourself?  On your smartphone?
  • Security.  Does it protect you from the newest threats?  Does it update itself to do this like your antivirus program does?

The newest technologies allow for easy solutions to all the above.

Also, remember that I am here to help you. If you have any questions about smartphones, computers, SONOS, and WordPress websites. Please call or send me an email.
